The AVA Flats I is a newly constructed building with a great design and materials made of a big quality, energy efficient through aerothermal systems, which is totally soundproofed to improve your rest, big windows to provide a very luminious space but they are heat and noise insulators, the edifice has a lift at your disposal and it has decalcified purer water in all its flats. Tourist license AT-764.

The Tourist Park is composed by four luxury and exclusive flats, creating a cozy space where we can offer you an unique experience and make feel you like in your own home. Every one of our apartments has the capacity to host four guests and they all have WIFI conection, high-speed wired internet connection and hot/cold air-conditioning in all rooms

Dining Room

The spacious dining room has a table with chairs for four diners, a comfortable Italian sofa- bed with a measure of 1.45x1.90 made with a big quality, a folding table to have breakfast, board games, Smart TV, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a kettle.

Full Equipment Kitchen

The kitchen is embedded into the space with household appliances and accessories such as 3-ring ceramic hob, hoven, microwave, toaster, an spacious fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, water glasses, cups, mugs, dishes, pots, pans, saucepans, frying pans and all the necessary kitchenware items you need to cook.

Main bedroom

The main bedroom has a big bed with a measure of 1.50 x 1.90 with a ottoman bed to get extra storage, bed sheets, blankets and you can enjoy with two pillows and a high quality viscoelastic antibacterial mattress. The bedroom is equiped with a large built-it closet with hangers, individual reading light at the head of the bed and Smart TV.

Bathroom with Shower

The bathroom is equipped with body towels, sink to wash your hands and bath mats, shower dispenser with Mussel-scented body gel/shampoo inside the shower and hand gel in the sink, toilet paper, hair dryer, washing machine with scented laundry detergent/fabric softener.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Every apartment also includes its cleaning tools as broom and dustpan, bucket and mop, garbage bags, cloths, scrubbing sponges, ironing board and iron, dish soap, dishwasher tablets and other essential products for cleaning and maintenance during your stay.

Additional Services

For the little one can enjoy the journey too, children under 2 years of age stay free of charge with documented proof of age (highchairs and cots are avaliable free or charge upon prior notice).

The apartment is a marvel, the hostess answered right away. The hotel is in a dead end street and is fantastic because you can download the suitcases without impeding the transit, additionally, the zone of quiet at all. We did 4 days and it was great, if we go back to Alicante, we repeat safe. It is well equipped and in a quiet area.

Exceeded absolutely my expectations, the apartment was bright, spacious, cozy, quiet, and above all true to the photos. Close to everything, station, center, supermarket. I recommend it 100%.

Fantastic holiday! The floor is spacious, we were 4 people very comfortable. We stayed on the 1st floor which has a courtyard/terrace very nice also. Very good location, close to the centre, areas of tardeo, the castle. Check in and Check out very easy with the code provided and communication with AVA Flats great through whatsapp.

Stay very nice and charming apartment. Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable. Everything we needed was in place (fridge, freezer, plate, cooking, kitchen utensils, etc.). We took the 4th floor which has the exclusive right to a roof top terrace and spectacular views of the city.

The apartment was very clean and everything went well with Noelia. The location was great, quiet but within walking distance of the beach, etc, I very much Enjoyed our estatancia!

The place we found was an absolute gem! Once we entered the building, we were greeted by a delicious smell of jasmine. The apartment of Mint was fresh and modern. It was better equipped than we realized! The private rooftop terrace with stunning views was a wonderful feature. We also thought that the remote access and flexibility were a great benefit.

We stayed the whole February in the apartment Ava Teal and was super nice. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious, warm and has everything you need even for a longer stay. The place is ideal and quiet. The center, the old town and the beach are within walking distance. There are restaurants nearby and a large supermarket Mercadona is a short walk away.

It was a great price-quality ratio. I highly recommend it in terms of location, cleanliness and hygiene. It is at the foot of the castillo de San Fernando, which is spectacular.

If you are passing through Alicante've found the accommodation you need. The location is perfect, close to the centre of the city, and therefore of the beach. The accommodation is very clean, very nice and fully equipped! I can really recommend it.

Great modern apartment with a spacious living room, staircase, quiet, well-equipped, with the sunny rooftop terrace, an additional advantage. The log entry is elegant and the selected code is all you need to enter during your stay. It is about 15 minutes walk from the main esplanade, the beach, the port and there are many supermarkets within a few minutes walk. You can easily reach the airport bus C6 5 minutes walk as is the train station.
