El apartamento cuenta con una habitación doble de matrimonio, un amplio salón comedor con cocina integrada, un baño y un trastero. Nuestros apartamentos siguen medidas de desinfección y limpieza siguiendo un protocolo estricto anti-COVID.

Dormitorio principal

El dormitorio principal tiene una gran cama de 1,50 x 1,90 con un canapé para almacenaje, podrás disfrutar de dos almohadas y un colchón viscoelástico antibacteriano de alta calidad. La habitación dispone de un amplio armario empotrado con perchas, iluminación individual de lectura y Smart TV.

Salón comedor

El amplio salón comedor tiene una mesa para cuatro comensales, un cómodo sofá-cama italiano de 1,45 x 1,90 de alta calidad, una mesita desplegable para desayunar, varios juegos de mesa, cafetera Dolce Gusto y hervidor.

Cocina

La cocina está integrada en el espacio con electrodomésticos y complementos como vitrocerámica de 3 fuegos, horno, microondas, una amplia nevera y congelador, lavavajillas, cubertería y todos los complementos necesarios.

Limpieza

También incluye los utensilios de limpieza, plancha, pastillas para el lavavajillas, y demás productos necesarios para la desinfección durante la estancia.

Baño

El baño dispone de toallas de baño, de algodón reciclado, de gran formato, de lavabo y alfombrilla de baño, dispensadores de gel para cuerpo y manos de Moussel, lavadora y secador de pelo.

Otros

AVA pone a tu disposición un amplio trastero privado para que puedas traerte y almacenar todo lo que quieras (como bicicletas, maletas, hinchables…) *Disponemos de tronas y cunas, para que los más pequeños puedan disfrutar del viaje (previo aviso y sin coste adicional).

The apartment is a marvel, the hostess answered right away. The hotel is in a dead end street and is fantastic because you can download the suitcases without impeding the transit, additionally, the zone of quiet at all. We did 4 days and it was great, if we go back to Alicante, we repeat safe. It is well equipped and in a quiet area.

Exceeded absolutely my expectations, the apartment was bright, spacious, cozy, quiet, and above all true to the photos. Close to everything, station, center, supermarket. I recommend it 100%.

Perhaps the best apartment in Alicante! The quiet location of the apartment is great. The access code very convenient if you arrive late. The apartment is fully equipped, quality WIFI, heating/air conditioning in both rooms crowns it all. Five stars!

Fantastic holiday! The floor is spacious, we were 4 people very comfortable. We stayed on the 1st floor which has a courtyard/terrace very nice also. Very good location, close to the centre, areas of tardeo, the castle. Check in and Check out very easy with the code provided and communication with AVA Flats great through whatsapp.

Stay very nice and charming apartment. Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable. Everything we needed was in place (fridge, freezer, plate, cooking, kitchen utensils, etc.). We took the 4th floor which has the exclusive right to a roof top terrace and spectacular views of the city.

The apartment was very clean and everything went well with Noelia. The location was great, quiet but within walking distance of the beach, etc, I very much Enjoyed our estatancia!

The place we found was an absolute gem! Once we entered the building, we were greeted by a delicious smell of jasmine. The apartment of Mint was fresh and modern. It was better equipped than we realized! The private rooftop terrace with stunning views was a wonderful feature. We also thought that the remote access and flexibility were a great benefit.

We stayed the whole February in the apartment Ava Teal and was super nice. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious, warm and has everything you need even for a longer stay. The place is ideal and quiet. The center, the old town and the beach are within walking distance. There are restaurants nearby and a large supermarket Mercadona is a short walk away.

It was a great price-quality ratio. I highly recommend it in terms of location, cleanliness and hygiene. It is at the foot of the castillo de San Fernando, which is spectacular.

If you are passing through Alicante've found the accommodation you need. The location is perfect, close to the centre of the city, and therefore of the beach. The accommodation is very clean, very nice and fully equipped! I can really recommend it.

Great modern apartment with a spacious living room, staircase, quiet, well-equipped, with the sunny rooftop terrace, an additional advantage. The log entry is elegant and the selected code is all you need to enter during your stay. It is about 15 minutes walk from the main esplanade, the beach, the port and there are many supermarkets within a few minutes walk. You can easily reach the airport bus C6 5 minutes walk as is the train station.
